How did an unidentified individual get his hands on a wounded, identified child? You would think they had a chain of custody-thing about that.

Brenda Spencer was too small to be scary.
That was how one high school classmate described the 5-foot, 2-inch, 89-pound youth Monday only hours after the teen-ager who was described as “kind of quiet” and “kind of weird” allegedly opened fire on an elementary school.
